Your home will go live on the MLS and will be viewable to potential buyers.
6. SHOWINGS
Potential buyers will schedule time and dates to come tour your house. It is important to ensure it is show ready every day.
7. OFFERS
We will review all offers, and I will help you understand all of the terms and conditions.
8. UNDER CONTRACT
After accepting an offer, your home will officially be under contract
9. NEGOTIATIONS
We will negotiate any repair requests made by the buyer from inspections.
